Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using FounderSkies (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and FounderSkies (“we”, “us”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using FounderSkies you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.
  • You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without our consent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent.
  • Violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service or any applicable platform policy.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform.
  • Use AI-generated content to impersonate, deceive, or mislead others about its origin.
  • Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages via LinkedIn using posts generated on our platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. AI-generated content

FounderSkies uses large language models (currently Anthropic's Claude) to generate content ideas and post drafts. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publishing.
  • You own all content you create and publish through the Service, subject to any third-party platform terms.
  • We do not claim ownership of your posts or ideas.

6. LinkedIn integration

When you connect your LinkedIn account, you grant us permission to publish posts on your behalf using LinkedIn's official API. You can revoke this access at any time from your LinkedIn security settings. We will only post content that you explicitly approve. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn Corporation.

7. Free tier and paid plans

  • The free tier includes a limited number of AI generations per month as stated on our pricing page.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are listed in INR and may be subject to applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
  • Refunds are issued at our discretion. Contact support@founderskies.com within 7 days of a charge if you believe you were billed in error.

8. Intellectual property

The FounderSkies platform, brand, logo, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Alacrio Tech LLP, including trademark rights in the FounderSkies™ name and mark. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without written permission. The content you create remains yours.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FounderSkies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or reputation. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
